About Your INM Guide - Lane Romero-Reiss

I was introduced to network marketing several years ago, and it didn't take me long to realize that the traditional model of hotel meetings and prospecting friends and family wasn't right for me.  So, I began to search for a better way.

I soon found Ann Sieg and a new method called InterNetwork Marketing (INM).  I instantly recognized that this was something special, and since that time, I have committed himself to learning about the ins and outs of attraction marketing, so that I could empower other people to build a successful home-based business with integrity, dignity and professionalism.

I hope you find my site here useful, and if there is anything I can do to help guide you on your journey to build a better business, please let me know.

Has the Zrii Scandal Affected You?

What is Happening to Zrii?

Zrii is in a state of turmoil. The CEO, William Farley, is being accused of embezzlement by the top distributors in the company, and he has countered that they are trying to initiate a hostile takeover. It's still too early to tell who is telling the truth, and there will surely be a lot of finger pointing over the next few weeks. Regardless of who is right, and who is wrong, this doesn't bode well for the company, or the rest of the Zrii distributors.

Zrii is a very young network marketing company, and has experienced record-breaking growth in its first year. Surely, the endorsement of Deepak Chopra has played a factor in that, and his reputation added much needed credibility to this nutritional beverage start-up. A reputable endorsement can catapult a company into incredible growth, but a scandal, especially one at the top, as in this case, can bring everything crashing down as waves of distributors flee the sinking ship.

Zrii Opportunity Seekers Will Be First to Flee

I am not judging the Zrii product, or even the management of the company. I know very little about either, but at this point, those factors may be irrelevant. What I have heard, time and again, is that Zrii is an incredible money-making opportunity. If you are a Zrii distributor, please don't take this personally, because it may not apply to you, but MANY of your fellow distributors were drawn by the lure of easy money. They care less about the product and what it can do for people's health, and more about the company and what it can do for their personal wealth.

These people will be the first to leave as they see their meal ticket being ripped to shreds. I am sure the exodus has already begun. I have seen this before, and most of the "big-dogs" will be with a new company before the allegations have even been settled. The people they drew into their downline will follow right along, hoping to catch the next big opportunity wave.

Should You Stay with Zrii?

Your answer will depend on your original reason for becoming a Zrii distributor in the first place. If you truly like the product, by all means stay with them. If you're hoping to build a long-term, sustainable business, you have some tough decisions to make. The more uncertain the future of the company is, the more people will leave, and eventually even the faithful will wonder what they are trying to hold on to.

This is why it is SO important to have a customer-only base in any network marketing company. At least 25% of the people consuming the product should be doing so for the sake of the product, and nothing else. Those people won't care about any distributor disputes or allegations of corporate wrongdoing, so long as they continue to receive their product each month as scheduled. I don't know what percentage of people drinking Zrii are strictly customers, but I would be surprised if it was over 10%. I could be wrong, but it really doesn't matter, because there is a big, important lesson here for all network marketers.

A Wake-Up Call for Zrii Distribtors

I was concerned when I first heard the news about Zrii. Not because I am a Zrii distributor myself. I'm not. I do have some associates who are Zrii distributors, and, unfortunately for them, Zrii has been their main focus. A successful chiropractor I know had even been pulling back from his practice to spend more time building his Zrii business.

Zrii isn't the first company to face this kind of scandal, and they surely won't be the last. It doesn't mean the whole industry is this way, but there are MANY reasons a company can fail. Even if Zrii survives this, it should be a wake-up call for all the distributors.

If you became a Zrii distributor so you could be your own boss and build your own business, you should now be realizing that the dream they were selling you is quite different from the reality you are now facing. If this company folds, where will that leave you? How much of your income comes from Zrii commission checks?

This doesn't just apply to Zrii.  If you are with ANY network marketing company and are relying solely on it as your source of income, then you are NOT your own boss.  You should never rely on one stream of income to carry you through.  If you establish yourself as a solutions provider, then YOU are at the center of your business, and the company is one of several income streams you will have established.  If the company folds, or undergoes some major change you don't care for, then you can drop them from your list of recommended resources, and shop for something better.  Your other streams of income will carry you through this phase, and you can take your time to do your due diligence.

Good News for Zrii Distributors

The good news is that you can learn all the skills necessary to truly become your own boss, and run your own business.  I'll be honest; it's not for everyone.  If you're looking to make a quick buck, then you won't last through the training.  It takes work, and commitment.  The lessons are not hard to follow, but you HAVE to be consistent with them.  If you really want to succeed in your business, and are willing to put the necessary time and energy into it, then make the commitment to educate yourself.  Pick up a course book from either Ann Sieg or Mike Dillard, and then start your training at Renegade University.

If you'd like help with this training, or just have more questions than answers right now, simply fill out your information in the form to the left, and let me know what questions or concerns you have in the comments box.  I will be more than happy to answer your questions, and help you put you on the path to financial freedom.
